Subex Azure, a major player in the telecom fraud and revenue assurance market, has selected TRMG to deliver a customer satisfaction improvement programme. Working in collaboration with Subex Azure’s professional services team, TRMG will provide impartial external advice to the vendor’s clients regarding the scope and direction of their RA and fraud strategies. Speaking from his Bangalore headquarters, Sudeesh Yezhuvath, COO of Subex Azure, said, “I am expecting great things from this initiative. Subex Azure has always put the customer first and this investment in the provision of such a high level of customer service is another demonstration of our commitment to this approach.”
The first set of TRMG site visits to Subex Azure customers will commence this week.

STC Selects TRMG

Orascom Telecom selects TRMG
Following a competitive tender process and an in-depth bid review by Orascom, TRMG has emerged as the winner from a challenging line up of contenders for this business. The Orascom Group comprises 10 mobile networks in the Middle East, African and Mediterranean regions and is one of the area’s largest telecom organizations with over 14.5 million subscribers. This win therefore represents a key achievement for TRMG.

A hectic but successful summer draws to a close.
This summer has seen the delivery of an exciting revenue assurance and fraud project in Africa, as well as the project management of a system implementation application for fraud management. We are currently poised to conduct the second phase of our African project while also kicking off a new consultancy and training project in the Middle East. The skills placement business has also grown by leaps and bounds, with several senior roles at leading operators and supplier organizations being filled by TRMG candidates.

We’ve been busy! 6 deals signed, 2 projects delivered!
In the past 2 months, TRMG has closed a total of 6 new deals, working directly with 2 operators and 4 vendors. We have delivered risk and revenue assurance audits, supported the resourcing and reorganization of some major revenue assurance teams and deployed expert staff to provide training and facilitation for key risk management staff. We are now in the process of starting up an RFP creation project for a major operator customer. Several new prospects are in an advanced stage of negotiations, so come back to this page regularly for updates.

TRMG invited to present 4th offering in EMEA jointly with a major vendor
A major vendor of RA solutions has asked TRMG to submit a joint proposition to a significant client for the delivery of the services component of a new revenue assurance bid. Under the terms of this bid, TRMG will supply independent consulting and analytical services that support and exploit the tools to be delivered by the vendor. TRMG will also work with the operator to deliver root cause analysis and financial recoveries following the delivery of the vendor’s solutions. This model, which was conceived by the vendor, demonstrates the value that TRMG’s independent consulting approach adds to their proposition.
