17 January 2008TRMG’s new vendor support services are an immediate hit
As we enter 2008, TRMG has moved beyond providing consulting & training in the fraud and revenue assurance domains into the provision of expert hands-on technical delivery services for product vendors. A major FMS and RA vendor is the first client to take up this offering, awarding TRMG a contract to perform key parts of the delivery of that company’s fraud management application at a key customer site in West Africa. We have already deployed staff to the site for the initial scoping phase of this project and we are now deploying additional technical experts to help install and configure the FMS tool over the coming months.
TRMG Chairman Mark Johnson said, “This move into the technical delivery of specialist products reflects three things; the importance of genuine domain knowledge during application delivery; the scarcity of such skills in the wider industry today, and; TRMG’s increasingly prominent position as one of the only credible impartial and independent suppliers of a range of revenue risk management skills and services.”
