Our Focus
TRMG provides imaginative and practical advice, training and business process design for business in the area of Revenue Risk Management, with a focus on revenue assurance, subscriber fraud, internal fraud and theft, IP security and credit risk management.
We advise vendors on their solution designs and product roadmaps and we also support the end client’s product selection processes by providing domain expertise during the RFP design and review activity. To-date, our design ideas feature in no less than 5 widely deployed fraud and revenue assurance software applications with global footprints.
In January 2008 we launched our technical support services for product vendors. These encompass the delivery of hands-on technical services during FMS and RA solution implementations, as well as system reconfiguration and fine tuning to enhance customer satisfaction at previously installed sites. The value delivered to vendor clients through these services has already been remarkable.
TRMG is completely vendor agnostic. The Group comprises some of the leading thinkers, practitioners and designers in the fraud management and revenue assurance fields and we have had engagements with most of the leading vendors in this market.
